What is Letter Mechanic?
Use the Letter Mechanic worksheet to draft a letter to send to our mechanics. We will tune it up and send it you to electronically sign, then mail it to the company of your choice on your behalf.
How much does it cost?
We have two service levels. The base price is $99 USD for sending the letter. For class mail, it's $99 USD we will send a certified mail.
What is a tune up?
One of our team members will provide a complementary review of your letter and provide rewrites as needed. You can review and approve them prior to sending the letter.
Is this automated?
Most of the service has automation connected to it, but our team members are 100% human and will handle portions of your letter to help you refine your message.
What do I get with this service?
A letter created by you to a party signed AND sent via letter first class mail or you billed to one company of your choice.
Will I get a copy of the letter?
You will get a digital copy for you to electronically sign. You may keep a copy of that for your records.
